Heartbeats

The heartbeats, similar to fingerprints, are unique to each individual. Also contains a wealth of information; depression can reduced heart rate variability then lead to affect electrocardiogram (ECG) data. During field studies at several hidden Daoist temples in London, I recorded ECG data while experiencing the locations through various means such as walking, audio recordings, and radar scanning. By AI, the data was transformed into sound, and combined with radar data, it digitally recreated the physical space as perceived in religious settings.
